Wow, that's costly then, so follow @boggy77's advice and opt for an 1650 super (if it's offered). If not, go with a 580 or a 5500xt; then choose the 3300x.

I chose the 3300x, but something tells me I should opt for the 3600. Perhaps it's the additional two cores and four threads, making it more future-proof than the 3300x, though it might stretch my budget. @TofuHaroto @boggy77 The 1650 model only has four GB of video memory, right? I really need at least six or more.

I often hear that, but my system came in with 1600af and 3200mhz RAM—functioned fine right out of the box. I also upgraded the CPU to 4.1ghz. It might come down to a bit of luck with the hardware selection.

I agree with that choice. I moved up from 2400g and it performs well for its price (around $85 USD). If you can't locate a model cheaper than a R5 2600, opt for the 2600 instead.

The 5500XT seems more suitable given its newer generation features like 8GB GDDR6 RAM, PCIe 4.0 support, and overall modern design. The 580 model is still decent but lacks these advanced specifications.

The 5500xt offers a superior frame buffer and a more capable controller, though those differences won’t impact gaming performance much. The 580’s gaming stats should match those of the 5500xt.

According to what I see, it's the most value for your money.

Results remain consistent, yet the 5500 XT operates significantly cooler and more quietly. That would be ideal. Regarding the CPU, the 3300X clearly stands out as the top choice for a cost-effective setup.

The Ryzen 5 1600 non-Affordable model is priced at $140, while the Affordable version isn't available.
