In the bios, do you have any adapters with no connections?
An adapter is set up when it sends a signal to the bios.
It may take 5-10 seconds for the bios to determine there is nothing if no response comes back.
Network adapters that are unused, legacy USB devices not in use, and similar items.
Have you enabled memory check at startup?
