You're facing issues with creating a bootable ISO for Pop-OS on your Windows machine. The problem might be related to the USB drive or the software you're using. Try checking the USB connection and ensure it's properly seated. If using Rufus, make sure you're selecting the correct USB drive and that the ISO file is in the right format. For Balen Etcher, verify the USB is compatible with your Windows version. Let me know if you need further guidance!

The problem is unclear. Could you clarify which USB flash drive you're referring to and provide your PC specifications?

The software isn't reporting any errors during the flash process. You haven't formatted the drive prior to flashing.

The images show balenaEtcher and a picture taken by Rufus. I’m not sure what’s causing this. I’m using an HP pen drive.

Windows security is preventing the app from launching. Execute it with admin privileges (click the file > run as admin). The standard error message appears when using Rufus. After clicking OK, it should begin flashing the ISO.

If the previous steps fail, use YUMI. https://www.pendrivelinux.com/yumi-multi...b-creator/ A good pen drive can hold several ISOs, allowing you to boot different distributions for testing various desktop environments. Make sure your HP pen drive is formatted in FAT32 once more before proceeding. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, try formatting another drive and using Etcher or Rufus again.
