I’m uncertain about the BIOS display, but H370 boards aren’t meant for overclocking. Some might let you boost all cores to their maximum boost speed, though not beyond certain limits. To reach 5.0 you’d need a Z370 or Z390 motherboard.

I don't have enough context to give a proper recommendation between Z370 and Z390. Could you clarify what you're comparing them for?
