You should consider the EK-KIT L240 (R2.0) custom loop kit or the nzxt kraken, depending on your setup with the nzxt s340 case.

Will the prices be higher if they're based in the UK? And should I opt for a custom loop with a 120mm rad or should I choose a 240 rad instead? I'm using the s340 case, which is quite tight on space. No, the company is UK based, so the website isn't a US site and you won't face import fees. A 120mm will work for the 4690K.

The EK kit stands out because it is a genuine open loop, conveniently pre-packed for you.

If you're looking for a good option under 20-25 dollars and with a red and black color scheme, I can suggest something suitable.
I'm not sure what "child" refers to here.

If I could ask for a recommendation, would you suggest a suitable option under 20-25 dollars that fits a red and black color theme?
I'm not sure what you mean by "child" or what you're looking for.

The EK kit is better because it's an actual open loop, just conveniently pre-packed for you.
If I had to ask for a suitable option under 20-25$, could you suggest a good child that fits a red and black color scheme?
I won't admit I'm unsure about what "child" refers to.
You mentioned asking for a good coolant, but I mistakenly typed "child."
Please clarify.

This approach aligns well. You can opt for red tubing and distilled or choose clear coolant with dye personally. I recommend Mayhem's products. Their coolant is ready to use, and their concentrate and dyes should be mixed with distilled water. http://www.performance-pcs.com/brand--mayhems

Will the price be higher if they're based in the UK? And should I opt for a custom loop with a 120mm radius or stick with a 240mm one to cool my i5-4690k, especially since I'm using the s340 case which has limited space?
