Hey everyone, I'm looking for some safe overclock suggestions that won't cause overheating on my CPU. I have an ASUS Strix Z370e motherboard with an 8600k processor and am using the Hyper 212 air cooler, which isn't ideal. I need advice on safe overclocks for different chips, as each one behaves differently.

Hey there, just wanted to check if there are any issues with clearance between your RAM and CPU cooler. I have the same motherboard and plan to buy the same cooler, so I'm curious about that. Thanks!

Here are the remaining details about your PC:
1) Please share the rest of your PC specifications.
2) Let me know if you're using it for gaming or another purpose.
3) Provide the present temperatures and clock speeds for your CPU and RAM.

Each chip has its own characteristics, which depends on the quality of the silicon used for manufacturing the processor, making it inherently variable. I believe it's best to follow the recommended voltages and temperatures as closely as possible. High voltages are a major cause of chip failure, so proceed with caution. Temperatures under 75 degrees are ideal for overclocking.

I think the blend test gives the best idea of real temperature. Even though 89 is a bit high, I’d like to play some games to see how warm it becomes.

Your vCore is set to a specific frequency, and the clock speed is as follows.

What is the vCore setting and clock speed? I haven't interacted with the CPU yet, but I'm curious about what's typical for most 8600k processors with the cooler I own.
