Whenever I attempt to launch Illustrator, the screen displays a splash and then disappears, closing completely. I really enjoy Illustrator and have already tried various fixes—reinstalling, removing files, etc.—but nothing works. I’m using an Acer 5750G with Windows 7 64-bit; it previously ran smoothly but now it won’t open at all.
