I think the game is going to be a chaotic mess from the start. Having too many pirates could really hurt the economy, and if Cloud Emperium isn't careful, things might spiral out of control quickly.
I'm going to skip the game for a week until that section drops. "Hey Ash, get off the hanger" "Is it okay?" "Yeah, sure!" Hornet on fire flies by and blows up—"No way!"
Alright, I'm going to follow that plan every time I see a rival seller. I'm hoping there are enough genuine players out there so we can unite and protect our areas.
It will be a good investment to secure @Jobobee mafia protection fees
Keep in mind I’m just joking around. When I mention wanting to be a pirate, I mean I aim to earn money by taking items from others or even non-playable characters. It’s more like a combat merchant. I still have to move and sell my goods, but the catch is my cargo is illegal—it was taken from someone else, possibly through violence. A marauder is someone who kills without any real purpose, just for the sake of it.
You need to keep in mind that certain systems will make piracy extremely hard or nearly impossible with basic gear, so if things get worse, there will still be options until we establish better protection measures.
I saw my friend take a shot at someone in DayZ, assuming we were under attack. He believed the target was a zombie. But when the guy went unconscious, he said something about being hit and joking that it was all part of the game. This reflects the usual behavior in DayZ—quick kills, stealing loot, and everyone being suspicious. People tend to avoid trusting each other, and things often turn violent. It’s hard to ignore what they’re saying will be permitted.
