If I will waiting to the next gen of the processors and GPUs.. Ryzen 4000 I think.. after a year DDR5 was release? so If I will buy the next gen and after only one year a new DDR was released.. it is not worth it? or maybe buy cheap pc and upgrade it?

In the distant future, it's unlikely we should try to guess what will happen.

New memory tends to cost a lot initially, especially in the early years, because servers need extra bandwidth and speed. Production started in 2021 with DDR5, so prices might drop around 2023. It's better to invest in a Ryzen 4000 now if it uses DDR4.

ddr5 remains about six months to a year away, probably around two years.

Consider current patterns in memory management. With accurate guidance, you might gain general insights about the next 6 to 12 months.

Beyond a year isn't enough to foresee much about the value of computer hardware.

Memory is straightforward. In 2021, massive supercomputers were being built with DDR5, consuming enormous amounts of data. DDR4 required two to three years before becoming prohibitively costly.

I don't understand, but perhaps AMD released DDR5 alongside the Ryzen 4? That was just a guess.
