If the game purchased from G2A is removed from Steam, your playtime for that title should remain unchanged.
After receiving a new activation code from G2A, your 120 hours on that game should remain unchanged. You won’t start over with zero hours.
Time is measured through relaxed weekends. It seems Steam probably doesn’t mind.
