Lol no worries. You should definitely be able to achieve a solid overclock from your current power supply. With 520 watts you have enough headroom, and that's a decent PSU. Don't push the voltages too high – 520 watts should work well for moderate overclocking on both CPU and GPU.

I'm not sure, not all GPUs and CPUs have the same performance potential. Some will overclock more than others. If you haven't purchased this system yet, go for the 620W model or something similar with a bit more power. If you already have the 520W PSU, it should be sufficient.
