If you decide to boost your CPU and GPU speeds, you should aim for a power consumption around 750 watts or less, keeping it within your budget. As for the specific settings, you’ll want to target certain performance levels depending on what you’re overclocking.

If you haven't purchased anything yet, switch to a cryorig H7 cooler. It's a superior option that doesn't cost significantly more. This offers a solid value for the Seasonic 620w. The only drawback is it isn't modular. The Evga 650w GQ comes next and is modular.

I don't mean to be rude, but are you serious? How am I supposed to reply to this? You need to share your specs, okay?

Oh, sorry I didn't post the specs beforehand 😅 I feel like a complete idiot
Lol no worries. You should definitely be able to achieve a solid overclock from your current power supply. With 520 watts you have room to go, and that's a decent PSU. Just don't mess with the voltages too much—520watts should be fine for a moderate boost on the CPU and GPU.

When it comes to budget, choosing an Evga B2 or G2 750w is a safe decision. You won't be disappointed with these options for your setup.

Oh, sorry I missed posting the specs, that was a mistake. I feel like a complete idiot.
Lol no worries. You should definitely be able to achieve a solid overclock from your current power supply. With 520 watts you have enough headroom, and that's a decent PSU. Don't push it too hard with the voltages—520 watts should work fine for a moderate boost on the CPU and GPU.
How many GHz could I get from the GPU and CPU if I upgraded to a 620? (It's just a small extra cost)

There is no reason to upgrade the PSU. Unless protection circuitry is physically shutting down the PSU from too high of a wattage, you will be fine. And usually protection circuitry kicks in quite later than the labelled wattage.
