Idle voltage for Ryzen 3900x
It's normal for power use to drop when the processor is idle.
When closing Chrome it appears to shut abruptly. It often jumps to version 1.3 before reversing back and restarting.
Temperatures seem fine. Gaming at 60-65°C is manageable.
AMD states the highest temperature it can handle is 95°C.
