-0.05v works well even when it draws little power; just apply a -0.05v adjustment. All 3900x remain stable without performance loss, or -0.1v if you're lucky.

Based on my observations, AMD achieves power reduction not by lowering voltage, but by decreasing current.

The problem lies in the red circle showing the average voltage, while the cores should drop to around 0.2V to 0.3V when idle. It doesn’t consistently match the peak voltage in the purple circle. Only when the CPU is lightly loaded can it reach the peak voltage, and minor loads may come from things like background game clients (such as Battlenet with ads or moving images). I’m curious if enabling ShadowPlay might be contributing too, since OP seems to have it active.

To show this, I just checked everything on the desktop except Ryzen Master. Moving the mouse even slightly leads to a voltage spike.
