Installed the x7800X3Dd on my ASUS x670E TUF Gaming board. CPU temperature rises significantly at idle, reaching 78°C in BIOS (no operating system installed yet). Using a Deepcool LS720 AIO. Anyone have an idea of what to expect? Is this normal? Thanks!

Make sure the pump is connected and functioning, then try reattaching the CPU cooler.
