The real time runs below 100MHz. Ryzen Master displays all cores in sleep mode, then they briefly wake up around 500-600MHz before resuming.

Modern processors manage idle power usage differently, often running at higher frequencies which boosts speed while keeping energy use low when inactive. A lower active clock means reduced power draw during inactivity. Cutting idle core clocks harms performance and offers no real gain in saving power. Appreciate your powerful CPU! Cheers.

It should appear between 28 and 2900. It may be occupied with an activity... or it could be acting unreasonably.
