Your computer has been getting very hot, often surpassing 70°C when powered on. You've already adjusted the thermal paste twice without improvement. You switched the cooler from a Corsair H100i Platinum RGB to the standard model, suspecting the AIO was faulty but didn't resolve the issue. While simply playing Minecraft, the temperatures reach 75°C. I'm using the AMD Ryzen balanced power setting. Here are my readings while idle.

75°C seems appropriate for gaming on a 3800X, but your idle metrics are quite alarming. It’s unlikely you’re truly idle—those spikes might be from taking a screenshot. Peak Speed and CPU Power should drop significantly during idle, and core voltage too. Here’s how my 3700X looks; with PBO active, it isn’t the most power-saving configuration. There’s background processing constantly stressing your CPU, preventing it from entering idle mode, which explains the high temps.

Is it possible to remove those updates? You can check if they’re running by looking at your CPU usage in Task Manager. If nothing appears, it’s probably a Windows system process.

Ich habe fast das gleiche Problem, mein Ryzen 7 3800X wurde auf 4,4 GHz / 1,36 V eingestellt und läuft bei voller Last mit 42°–45° Celsius. Nach einigen Windows-Updates und einem BIOS-Update (das ich jetzt abgeschafft habe) sind die Temperaturen bei Idle 55–66 °C und bei voller Last steigen auf 105 °C. Cinebench spitzt sich an. Selbst bei 4,3 GHz überhitzt es und die Spannung liegt bei 1,25 V (Temperaturen wurden mit CPUZ gemessen). Bitte entschuldigung für die unklare Sprache, ich bin Deutsch xD.
