Hey everyone! I just did a major upgrade on my computer: RAM at 32GB with 3200MHz, CPU from 5600GHz to 5900X, GPU is the 660XT-3070TI. Since then I’ve been stuck watching YouTube while getting this error – “nvlddmkm.” I followed these steps: swapped my RAM back, turned off hardware acceleration in Chrome, updated BIOS, re-flashed it, double-checked all connections, and even added a second PCIe cable to the graphics card. It’s really confusing with all the new tech, but any advice would be super helpful. Thanks! If I can’t fix it myself, I’ll probably take it to a repair shop.

Set the power plan for maximum performance and disable the PCIe option (link state).

If you're referring to BSODs, locate C:\Windows\Minidump and verify if any minidump files exist. If present, return to the Windows directory and transfer the Minidump folder to the Downloads folder (use your desktop if needed). Compress the copied folder and include it in a post. Please adhere strictly to instructions since Windows doesn't allow file manipulation there.

No, I didn't use DDU for removing the AMD video driver prior to installing the Nvidia driver.

It's now operating at peak efficiency, though the link state was already inactive when I verified it. The system performed better, lasting longer, but it eventually stopped with the same error.

I didn't think so, I assumed a standard uninstall would work. Do you have a tutorial link for this?

The instructions for the interface are not available, but DDU should provide clear guidance.

Hello, I see the issue you're facing. The blue screen appears occasionally on your device. It seems to be related to the TUF F15 Fx507vv with an i7-13700h processor and RX 4060 graphics card. You've provided the minidump files for review. Thank you!
