Hello everyone, I’m facing a puzzling problem that’s hard to pinpoint. I’m working on my resume in Word with Calibri as the font. When I try to upload or analyze it, the letter T keeps showing up as an issue. This is causing problems for ATS and might appear incorrectly to employers. For instance, a sample paragraph gave me feedback, and my professional review also pointed out formatting issues. Even though the PDF looks good and the Word version is fine, I’m still struggling to resolve these inconsistencies. What’s happening and how can I fix it?
