The System Restore appeared to function properly. It's about to try playing CSGO again. They seem to struggle with clearly informing users about extended black screens during restores.

Achieving over 200 FPS with smooth mouse control is impressive. I’m just checking whether updating my chipset drivers would be necessary since my BIOS remains current.

It's accurate now; the issue comes down to repeating the process and checking if more RAM causes instability again. Once memory caching is turned off, another crash shouldn't damage your system this time. I recommend delaying setting the RAM speed to 3200 MHz right away—the official supported rate for dual channels is only 2933. It's better to increase it in steps of 2133 over two or three increments and run a short benchmark between them as a test. A game would also be acceptable. If you still have Rainbow Six installed, try running it at the highest settings, since it's your most demanding game; CS could also work.

Hello, the memory controller on that 2700x won't reach 3200MHz with 32GB RAM. It should be around 2933MHz at most. Consider resetting all BIOS defaults or clearing the CMOS. Then set it to 2933MHz and see how it performs.
