It didn’t start up as expected. I tried Aida64 instead. The brand varies between the four sticks—Samsung and SK Hynix aren’t clear if that matters. Could this be a simple oversight? If yes, should I temporarily swap two RAM modules and run the game on two identical 8GB sticks?
I changed my motherboard three days ago to the latest release from Asus' site. BIOS: 5003 x64, built on 02/03/2023. My RAM maxes at 2133Mhz—no clear reason why it can't go higher. If the newest BIOS doesn’t help, should I consider the very latest version?
I've boosted my GPU using MSI afterburner and noticed a minor improvement. I've also tried Ez Tuning on the Asus motherboard, focusing more on CPU speed. The game feels more stable now. Would love it if my RAM could go above 2133Mhz—no idea how to fix that.
Not even 2400 works? If so try setting ai overclock tuner to manual and setting bclk to 104, you may need to set pcie link speed to gen2 if you wanna run higher bclk (most seem to top out around 108) which i suspect is somewhere under the advanced tab Heres an ocn thread about bclk on ryzen if you wanna do abit more reading, also there has been no proof of bclk corruption nor "damage" if thats somehow possible anywhere on the internet, ive tried searching myself and nothing but dummies giving bogus warnings with no proof to back it up, one of the guys in that thread even said he has no ssd corruption even at 107bclk. So dont listen to dumbasses that dont know shit about overclocking and making retarded assumptions with no proof to back it up

I understand. Two versions are 4.32 and the other two are 5.32. I've replaced two RAM sticks and boosted the remaining two to 3200Mhz, which finally worked. Now I'm using 16GB instead of 32GB, but it performed better in Hogwarts Legacy. For the 5900x, do I still need the identical four modules? And how can I be sure there won't be a small difference if I buy two new ones?
