You're experiencing low FPS despite having a decent GPU and a solid motherboard. It sounds like your CPU might be the bottleneck. Look for an I5 11400F or similar budget-friendly processor that can handle gaming workloads well.

It seems the performance might have been affected by the build quality. I wasn't sure about the numbers, but I definitely got solid FPS. Have you checked any benchmarks or played other titles?

I’ll keep addressing your original query, but more research is needed. Could you share the FPS and resolution details? The socket is outdated; a 11900k would be ideal for that CPU. For additional options, you’ll likely need a new motherboard and full system replacement.

On Furmark I achieved 9156 points and Cinebench scored 4935 points. Apex Legends runs at 24-40fps, Cyberpunk 2077 at 40-60fps, CS2 around 100fps, Fortnite at 90-100fps but with noticeable stuttering, while other titles also stutter but not as severely. I play everything at 1080x1920 resolution.
