I've already tried almost everything. Now it's time to check if a more knowledgeable person has a better idea. The issue is that the game runs very slow for about a minute at first, then improves but then stutters every 15 to 20 seconds. I've updated the BIOS and reinstalled DDU, cleaned up all settings, but I'm still unsure if the problem lies with the CPU or because my games are on a hard drive. With the setup you provided—AM4 socket, Corsair RM750 RAM, Ryzen 5 5600X, RX 6800XT, and LG Ultra Gear 1440P—what CPU would you suggest for this configuration?

Completed a session and observed GPU performance variations. Clock speed swings stay within typical ranges, utilization stays around 70%, junction temperature hovers near 55°C, CPU operates at 3.2% with voltage steady at about 1.3V.
