The Dell XPS 15 (L502x) is showing CPU throttling at 800MHz. It seems thermal throttling isn't the issue, as using ThrottleStop restores performance without overheating. The problem might be related to the recent Windows 10 installation—checking Power Options and ensuring the CPU settings allow a minimum and maximum performance of 100% could help resolve it.

The Dell Power Manager is the program that defines power settings and battery usage. It's available under the Drivers and Downloads part of the Dell support site.
