Have you encountered any issues when using budget third-party controllers with specific games? In your situation, the games simply won't load when a controller is connected, and then they stop responding altogether—you have to use alt+tab and close the window manually.
Yes. Some games are stupidly made to only work with the real xbox 360 controller even if your gamepad is xinput. You either need to emulate it ( x360ce ) if it doesn't work, or re-map the buttons if they are messed up ( xpadder ). The re-mapping method usually is needed for games of the pre-xinput era (dinput) and usually the triggers won't work.
