Inspect the CPU fan header on the motherboard. Is there a fan connected to it?

This confirms the issue: no fan is connected to the CPU fan header. Disable the warning in the BIOS and continue.

Yes. With numerous AIO units, the CPU fan header might not be needed. Just navigate to the monitor section, scroll to CPU Fan speed, press enter, and choose Ignore.
