You have nine 120mm fans and a stock CPU cooler. It's possible the computer is shutting down to prevent the CPU from overheating.

Update: Installed a 1300W power supply and a quiet air cooler. Temperatures now reach 40°C even when idle. Still experiencing crashes during startup. Feeling really confused.

The problem wasn't with your PSU. It seems to be a software issue. Have you attempted using DDU to fully reset your GPU driver before installing the latest version? I recommend downloading the newest driver first and performing these steps offline.
