I've noticed four processes listed in the exception sheet that I can't delete since the removal button is hidden. I've checked regedit but found nothing in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Microsoft Defender/Exclusions. Tried opening Group Policy Editor in CMD and PowerShell, but it shows as command not found. No search results for Group Policy Editor either. Installed Avast antivirus, but it can't detect any threats.

Just restore your files and perform a complete reinstall. Even after removing everything, the registry would still be faulty.

You might not have a virus, possibly due to a registry issue. Run Malwarebytes to check for unwanted programs, and if it doesn’t help, follow the advice given.

I attempted that and it produced 5 detections. I've already removed those.
