I'm thinking about the Ryzen 1600 12nm, which Kyle often compares to the 2600, though I’m not sure from his videos. Could it be a bottleneck with an EVGA 2060 graphics card?

No one makes sense of that. It's an ideal pairing.

I was just checking, I understand that a 2080 is typically matched with a 3600.

The 1600 (AF 12nm) offers great value for performance gaming right now. You won't face bottlenecks for a long time. Increasing your resolution to 1440p or beyond later may leave you GPU constrained again.

Actually, I don't use a 1440p display since I only have a 1080p screen.

It's nothing to stress over, you're doing well with your CPU and GPU setup.
