Your setup is fresh, only five days old. It functioned well for two days but then the monitor showed "No signal" unexpectedly during games. I suspected cable problems, but had to turn it off every few minutes in an hour before it stopped working. I updated the BIOS, swapped RAM slots, reapplied thermal paste in the AIO, disabled turbo clock, and now everything runs smoothly. Temperature stays around 38°C. [PROBLEM] Now, whenever I set RAM to its original 3200 MHz using XMP profiles, the PC powers on and off rapidly—after about two seconds it restarts normally. This only happens when the PC is powered on for the first time that day, then shutting down and turning it back on is fine. This issue has persisted since the start. When I reset RAM to default 2133 MHz, it boots instantly on a single power button press. What am I doing incorrectly? Or are RAM settings permanently locked? Also, my CPU is an i7-9700K with base clock. The VCore voltage is set to default 0.995V—should I be concerned? I recall the default was around 1.25V. Any advice would be appreciated!

Test at 2933MHz, it seems your RAM requires detailed manual configuration to achieve the desired speed. You're not paying attention when it's operating at full capacity, right?
