Certain games maintain a fixed resolution that doesn't adjust at all when you click right-click. Some automatically adapt, while others need you to click right-click to enable scaling. Others perfectly match the screen's native maximum resolution. A poor case: a game on miniclip is a bad example: http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/598439 An even worse case: the author made a mistake and did it incorrectly, as seen at http://www.kongregate.com/games/okaybmd/glean-2 A good example is http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/612815 Is there a solution for this on the player's side?

Without prior understanding, it seems any adjustment settings need to be programmed. Flash effects won't function unless the creator permits them. I'm uncertain about your question. You might try adjusting the browser's zoom level to make it appear larger. However, since it remains fixed in static resolution, it will just display a bigger image with more blur.
