I’m dealing with frequent micro-stuttering only in CS:GO. Other titles like LOL, GTA V, Battlefield 2042, Far Cry 6, Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk run smoothly. Often I get warnings such as SteamNetworkingSockets lock held for 47.7ms (Performance warning). Various services are involved: ServiceThread, RecvUDPPacket, BRecvCryptoHandshake, BFinishCryptoHandshake(x2), PostConnectionStateUpdateForDiagnosticsUI, CSteamNetworkConnectionBase::Think, SteamDatagramClientThinker::Think, EnsureDataCenterRoutesValid, ThinkPingProbes, ThinkSelectServer. This usually points to a broader performance issue like thread starvation. My hardware setup is a Ryzen 7 5800X3D with an AMD RX 6900XT. I’ve tried updating drivers, refreshing Windows, clearing the Steam cache, but nothing resolved it. Someone suggested checking Task Manager for 'iphlpsvc' and disabling it, though I couldn’t locate it. I’m using Windows 11. My launch settings are: -tickrate 128 +fps_max 0 -novid -w 2560 -h 1440 -no-browser

My benchmark score came from UserRun at 62197438. I adjusted the GPU voltage to lower coil whine.
