Hello, your PC is showing signs of power issues despite the fans spinning. The video output isn’t working, which suggests a problem with the display or graphics card connection. Have you checked if the monitor is properly seated and powered on? Also, ensure the GPU is correctly recognized by the system. If you’ve already tried removing non-essential components and swapped parts, consider testing the GPU directly with another monitor or using a different one to isolate the issue. You might need to replace the graphics card or check its connections.

Check if the computer is turning itself on and off. Make sure all cables are secure and inspect any warning indicators for signs of activity.

Re-arrange the CPU position. Inspect the display and connections as well.

My laptop monitors and cables function properly, but I've tested various cables and a TV. After reinstalling the CPU, the issue persists.

It looks like the processor isn't functioning properly. Try acquiring another Ryzen model with built-in graphics for evaluation. If that fails, the problem might lie with the motherboard.

Your CPU includes an integrated GPU, so attempt to link the HDMI cable to the motherboard. If unsuccessful, try connecting it with the GPU removed. Updated November 5, 2025 by leclod

Your motherboard BIOS seems outdated. It appears the settings can't be modified and it should function properly out of the box. Did you wait a short while, power it off, restart a few times? Could you share a clear image of your system with connected devices? Edited November 5, 2025 by leclod

The label on the motherboard indicates version P3.30 compatible with the CPU. The power supply unit is located inside the case as shown in the image.
