You mentioned the system feels sluggish again. Was there a recent change, such as a GPU upgrade? Could you share additional test results to confirm the performance drop?

this gpu came from a friend who upgraded it to the RTX 4070. I thought it would help with new games like Indiana Jones and Final Fantasy Rebirth. My friend suggested I use it for titles such as PUGBG, but I ran benchmarks and saw my FPS was much lower—around -50% compared to others with the same card. I got decent FPS but loading was very slow, especially for open-world games. On his machine it ran at 1600/3.0, while mine only hit 1000/3.0 during full load. Sorry if my English is unclear, it’s not my first language.
