Hello everyone. I'm looking for assistance in identifying this specific key type so I can obtain a replacement. I've replaced many keys over the years, but this one is unique—no similar examples exist anywhere. It has a spring on the back, which is unusual. I'm worried about missing parts. A complete keyboard is available on eBay, but it would be expensive for just a single key. Appreciate your help!

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
I've replaced/repaired many laptop keyboards in the past. That spring is a modified design of a typical scissor switch, the latter of which you'll see on standard laptop keyboards. That part you have isn't something you can replace off the shelf. Even if you did try replacing the keycap, chances are you might damage it and then need to buy a replacement keyboard for the laptop.
I'd advise you pick up the replacement keyboard.
