Hey there! So you just got a new gaming PC and are trying to figure out where to begin. You're eager to dive into the world of gaming by playing every great title, especially since you've missed out on many games others have already enjoyed. Your current setup only handles basic games like MapleStory and Counter-Strike, which makes you curious about what else is out there. You mentioned enjoying classic shooters such as early Call of Duty titles and are open to exploring modern RPGs like The Witcher. You're also keen on games with great visuals and action, not just old-school graphics or low-quality renders. Let me know if you want some recommendations or tips for getting started!

Check out Portal 1 and 2, Tomb Raider Insurgency, Garry's Mod Payday 2, Battlefield 4, Arma 3, and I suggest purchasing these titles on platforms like g2a or kinguin where you can find them for less than $5 or $10, except for Arma 3.

They claim to have a 1080Ti, but that doesn't make sense since there are no such GPUs available. Plus, you don't seem to have any graphics card.

DOOM and its sequels, Medal of Honor, Call of Duty series, Quake titles, and other popular shooters. For multiplayer options, consider Quake 4 and Call of Duty World. If you're into RPGs, I can suggest a few if you'd like.

I’m thinking about purchasing the 1080TI once it drops (skipped the change since I bought my PC today). I currently have an Asus Strix 1070 paired with a 1080 60Hz display. My goal is to upgrade to a 1080TI and then get a 100Hz Acer Predator 3440x1440 monitor.

I'm excited about RPGs! Thanks for sharing this list—I’ve heard about some of these titles and I’m aiming to play them all (hopefully before things get too intense).

Elder Scrolls Series Skyrim is okay. Neverwinter Nights, Baldur's Gate, and Gothic, plus Divinity: Original Sin 1 & 2. Gothic, Fallout, Legend of Grimrock, Icewind Dale, System Shock, Temple of Elemental Evil, Final Fantasy, and some games from PS2.

I also enjoy Skyrim and FF 8, but I’m actually Scottish with Asian roots! That’s pretty rare, isn’t it? Sorry if it sounds a bit unusual.
