I’d choose the X570 and suggest Tier A or higher for the R9 3900x. It works well with the R5 3600x, but the 3900x tends to be more power-hungry and can cause VRM temperatures to rise, making it less ideal.

The recent price reduction makes the 3900X a solid option now. At 150USD for a mobile GPU, especially for the X570 models, there aren't many choices. However, as Jurrunio mentioned, the Asus AM4 TUF Gaming X570 seems adequate.
