The PS4 operates at a fixed 30 frames per second. The 760 frames seem to perform worse likely due to being below the 60fps range.

From what I know, Arkham Knight runs very slowly—around 30 frames per second. That means it’s probably not very smooth, and you might want to hold off until a major update comes out.

The game runs so perfectly tuned that my Titan X barely reaches 60 frames per second at 1080p resolution.

Well this is really bad news for me as i have just entered the series of Batman games, i finished Asylum did all riddles too, i am on City atm and it's great!

It’s unclear if a solution could be reached so quickly. It looks like they just gathered the console build without making changes. (That makes sense given how unreliable the system is.)
