The data needs to be pulled directly. Focus on the frequency and bandwidth without considering timing details. Latency will drop thanks to higher speeds. See an example overclocking for basics; try another processor if you want more results. Your setup should handle it too.

It's better to choose the 5600 or 5600X if available, as they offer superior performance. Since you already own an RX 570, the integrated graphics in the 5600G are unnecessary.
