I noticed the ICue Mac version is back again, so I’m planning to ask @Corsair Nick about the current Linux support for Icue. If we manage to capture the communication protocol used by Corsair devices, the Linux community might be able to build on that.

I work with RGB values, but OpenRGB is an open-source lighting controller that’s worth checking out. Its quality isn’t clear yet, but it seems to be genuine.

This setup works on nearly any device connected to my PC. The ROG Strix X570F gaming laptop with the Corsair H115 and Platinum fans is paired with two Coolermaster ARGB fans via the board header. The ROG Pugio mouse and K65 keyboard are attached, and it relies on a simple daemon to maintain settings after reboots.

Reminder, on Linux RGB gadgets all hardware appears as files under /dev. Just type the right command for the device and it updates accordingly.
