Hello, I've experienced this problem for years on Windows 10, but now it's occurring for the first time on Windows 11 on a different system. It seems more related to the operating system than hardware. I have a folder on my desktop with shortcuts to my Steam games, using custom icons I downloaded. Sometimes after any restart, the icons shrink unexpectedly. I tried renaming the icon source in its own folder and changing the icons again, but it still happens. Could you help identify what might be causing this and suggest a solution? Pics attached for reference.
