Thanks, it looks like 6400 cl 32 is four euros more than 6000 cl 30. That might be worth thinking about now. At this point, the only decision left is choosing the kind of 4070 Ti you prefer. I really like the Supreme X from MSI, but they're quite expensive. The most affordable options (excluding brands like Inno3D, PNY, Zotac, etc.) seem to be the Rtx 4070 ti Eagle OC 12 gig rev 2.0 (869) from MSI GeForce RTX 4070 ti VENTUS 3x E1 (899), and the ASUS GeForce RTX 4070 ti TUF-RTX (899). I haven't tried any of these brands before, so I'm not sure how they compare. Maybe you have some insight?

6400 Cl32 also performs well. Why are you overlooking Inoo3D, PNY and Zotac? I really enjoy my MSI Gaming X Trio 4080—it’s quiet and cool. The TUF is a solid pick, along with the Ventus and Eagle; they’re all well-made. Look out for discounts on BlackFriday, and you can find some cards you like at a lower price. Here’s a quick list of just five cards—though not perfect, it’s better than nothing (Techtesters are great). In terms of performance, they’re pretty comparable. If 7600x has issues with 6000, it’s unlikely 6400 will help much, since performance might drop. It’s officially rated for 5200, so exceeding that could be problematic.
