I don't believe your Cinebench result is that poor after all. I've got a 9900k overclocked to 5.ghz at 1.28V, and I'm getting a score close to yours. The first time I ran it I had 2125, but after checking again yesterday my score stopped going above 2084. My temps stay under 77C too. We have a pretty similar configuration.
