Hello. Your setup looks solid but there are a few areas to watch. The i9 13900k with RTX 4080 and 64GB RAM should handle CS2 well, yet occasional FPS drops from 400-600 to 150 or even zero can happen. You mentioned no stuttering on Cyberpunk titles, which is great. Playing at 1080p with shadows on high and 8x MSAA helps maintain sharpness, but ensure your GPU drivers are up to date. Consider checking for any background processes or resource leaks that might affect performance.

It seems the game isn't running smoothly, offering limited improvements.

Currently, the 13900k performs poorly in CS2 because it relies heavily on E-cores rather than P-cores. Adjusting BIOS settings to turn off E-cores can greatly boost performance.

Should we upgrade the CPU? Since I mostly play games, it might be useful.

Sure, just turn off the E-cores and hold off until Valve fixes the issue.

I nearly match your configuration except for having 32GB of RAM. I discovered running -threads 8 in the game settings completely removed my stuttering.

Hello there! Welcome to PC gaming and the term "shit port." Just a heads up—this isn't about cheat codes, but we'll keep it light.
