I found something intriguing. Initially, I planned to apply a small negative Vcore offset, but then I decided to begin with adjusting the load line calibration to reduce boost at higher loads. It turned out the Auto setting in XMP profile 1 is already configured at the second lowest compensation level of LLC4 (out of five). I switched to LLC5, which was quite a shift. At that level, the CPU rarely reaches 5.3GHz, and core voltage stays below 1.3V across all tests. This resulted in much lower temperatures. I reverted to Auto with LLC4, and it consistently boosted to 5.3GHz as before. So... a straightforward fix. For ultra-low temperatures and voltages, I’ll stick with LLC5. I’ll keep the auto setting at LLC4 for now—though it’s reassuring to see that 5.3GHz is achievable.
