Uncertain about the reason, but I removed the power limits and now the motherboard won’t lower the voltage even after resetting to defaults.

Considered it but I think I’d prefer to eliminate the pl while keeping the core voltage stable, something lasting that’s easy to use every day.

Perform the CMOS reset, then confirm you have the most recent BIOS installed. It’s possible you’re using an outdated version that’s causing issues.

It worked perfectly and I could clear the restrictions right away by pressing f3 on the first boot, though my power usage seems unusual on the OCT.
