I initially didn't trust the information. After receiving the updated IHS using liquid metal and wupti, issues were resolved. The temperature was set to 8700K, and further adjustments were made by lowering it 5 degrees with the offset.

I wish I could say I helped you, but I didn’t place any orders. No worries, there’s no link to share.

2 problems: increased usage and 2) if your AIO is configured for exhaust on the CPU, it may struggle with 350W+ heated air from the 3080ti when cooling the radiator—adjust it to intake instead.

Currently, with the exhaust mode on, I believe I should reverse it so fresh air comes in instead of just pushing out exhaust. The radiator seems to handle that better.

It's feasible. Using a powerful air cooler allowed my 3080 to handle the 360w waste heat quickly under load. A larger 360 aio intake made a significant impact. I believe the bigger radiator helped, though it wasn't the main factor. Getting fresh air from outside likely contributed more. GPU temperatures stayed low since the CPU doesn’t heat up excessively while gaming. It might also be related to the TIM on my 8700k running out of stock.

The phrase refers to a drop in the stock price of 8700k, indicating it lost significant value.

The thermal paste quality between the die and the integrated heat spreader wasn’t ideal from the start, and it tends to lose its heat-conducting ability over time. Many users swap it for liquid metal to improve performance. I replaced this on my 8700k unit.
