Your VCore is fluctuating between 1.35 and 1.40, which might indicate instability. The VR output staying steady around 1.32–1.29 suggests your GPU is functioning normally. Check BIOS settings, ensure stable power delivery, and verify thermal management to resolve the VCore spikes.

The output value is what truly counts. You can largely skip focusing on vcore. For a solid stress test to verify stability, an 8-hour real benchmark on an ASUS Real bench is ideal.
