i'm just starting with overclocking and reached 4.9ghz. during the cpu stress test it works fine, but when using avx or avx2 it shows current throttled. the error says edp limit throttle. i need to check which setting to adjust to fix this.

I would increase the Short Power Max, the Turbo Boost Time Window, and the Turbo Boost Power Max range.
Nevertheless, many apply AVX/AVX2 ratio offsets of 200-300 MHz (2x or 3x), since stress tests with AVX/AVX2 resemble thermal 'full throttle' or maximum load conditions...(and will definitely surpass your present 125W limit)
