It's a big savings until you see how limited the upgrade options are... not really meant for a build centered around it, but perfect if you already own a solid motherboard.

It's likely the most you can get for 200USD, try to find a package that pushes it lower. A 5600x is quicker than a 9900k for 300, and a 9700k shouldn't exceed 250USD. Keep that in mind.
